A client from Kenya has ordered a hot air dryer and associated equipment to expand an existing french fry production line.
This client has collaborated with us on multiple occasions. Taizy assisted him in establishing his start with a small-scale line and has now supported his upgrade to a fully automated production system.
A food processing enterprise based in Kenya has once again selected our machinery and equipment. Following their initial purchase, including fryers and seasoning machines and the successful commissioning of their potato processing equipment, the client expressed high praise for the machinery's performance, durability, and production efficiency.
After a period of operation, and to further expand their production capacity and establish a complete french fry processing line, the client placed a second order, focusing specifically on upgrading the drying and conveying stages of the process.

The key piece of equipment in this project is the hot air dryer. It plays a pivotal role in removing surface moisture from blanched potato fries before frying.

This hot air dryer is designed to fulfill the following functions:
In the industrial-scale processing of potato fries, this stage is critical, as it ensures that the product enters the frying phase in optimal condition.
To complement the operation of the hot-air dryer and ensure a seamless flow within the production process, the client has also procured several pieces of auxiliary support equipment:
This elevator serves to connect the shredding machine with subsequent processing stages, thereby helping to enhance the level of production automation.

This equipment facilitates manual sorting by workers, allowing for the removal of defective potatoes and thereby ensuring product quality before entry into subsequent deep-processing stages.
Used for the efficient vertical transport of materials, enabling a smooth transition between the washing/blanching processes and the drying system.
The SAPP soaking tank is positioned before the drying stage; it is used to treat the shredded potatoes to preserve color, preventing oxidative discoloration and thereby maintaining their original color and quality.

As part of this Phase II order, the client has also purchased a batch of spare parts to ensure the long-term, stable operation of their equipment:
This initiative clearly demonstrates the client's strong emphasis on maintaining continuous production operations.
Hot air dryers play a pivotal role in the process of scaling up the french fry production line. By supplying additional auxiliary equipment and spare parts, Taizy assists clients in steadily establishing a highly efficient, fully automated processing system.
If you are planning to invest in a french fry production line, selecting the appropriate hot air dryer along with a comprehensive, integrated solution is crucial for achieving long-term commercial success.
