Automatic frying machine is a product that integrates the functions of frying, de-oiling and conveying. It has two control options, automatic and manual. Its operation is more flexible than that of ordinary frying machine.
Fault cause: the power is not supplied. Troubleshooting method: check the circuit and turn on the power supply.
Fault cause: the heating tube is damaged. Troubleshooting method: replace the damaged tube with a new one.
Fault cause: the coil of the contactor is broken. Troubleshooting: replace the contractor.
Fault cause: the temperature control instrument is damaged. Troubleshooting method: replace the temperature controller of the same specification.
Fault cause: the water level is too high. Troubleshooting: discharge the surplus water.
Fault cause: residue on the oil-water interface accumulated. Troubleshooting: discharge residue through the drain valve.
Fault cause: sensor or instrument is broken, troubleshooting method: replace sensor or instrument with a new one.
Fault cause: the oil of poor quality. Troubleshooting: replace with edible oil.
Fault cause: the water level is too high. Troubleshooting: discharge water to a position aiming at oil pipe.
