Our Russian client, who is a Russian food processor primarily producing fried hot dogs, having high requirements for frying time, temperature control, and output efficiency. He requested a complete automatic fryer machine line that could be put into immediate use upon delivery.

Based on the customer's voltage requirements (380V 50Hz three-phase power) and production capacity needs, we configured a 304 stainless steel frying solution for him.

Our Electric frying machine offers adjustable frying times and a maximum temperature of 230°C, making it suitable for a variety of food processing methods.
