A commercial frying machine was recently prepared for export to Congo as part of a potato chip processing project. Instead of choosing a large, continuous frying line, the customer selected a batch-based configuration consisting of a 50 kg/batch fryer, a de-oiling machine, a seasoning machine, a hopper elevator, and a peanut sorting machine.

The customer is a small food processor in Congo who had been buying ready-made fried snacks for local resale and was looking to start producing part of the products independently. After comparing the investment required for a large automatic line, he preferred to begin with a smaller processing setup that could be operated in batches.
His initial plan was to produce fried potato chips and similar snack products, with the flexibility to adjust daily production according to orders. During the discussion, he was particularly concerned about keeping the frying process consistent and having a practical way to remove excess oil before seasoning.
Rather than purchasing only a fryer and handling the other steps manually, he decided to purchase a matching group of processing machines so that the main preparation, frying, oil removal, conveying, and seasoning work could be connected into one workflow.
The final equipment configuration included:
| Equipment | Main specification | Quantity |
| Fryer | TZ-1000, 50 kg/batch, 40 kW | 1 set |
| Mesin penghilang minyak | 40–50 kg/batch, 1.5 kW | 1 set |
| Mesin bumbu | 20 kg/batch, 1.5 kW | 1 set |
| Hopper elevator | 1.1 kW, 304 stainless steel | 1 set |
The main fryer uses a 1000 × 800 mm frying area and is constructed from 2 mm-thick 304 stainless steel. It operates with 380V, 50Hz, three-phase electricity and uses electric heating.

The main reason was to keep the processing capacity of each stage reasonably matched.
Itu commercial frying machine can handle 50 kg of material per batch, while the de-oiling machine is designed for 40–50 kg per batch. This allows one frying batch to be transferred to the de-oiling stage without creating a large capacity mismatch.
The seasoning machine has a smaller 20 kg/batch capacity. Instead of seasoning the entire production batch at once, the fried product can be divided into smaller portions for more manageable seasoning. This is particularly practical when different seasoning flavors or recipes may be produced during the same working period.
This batch-based arrangement also gives the operator more flexibility than a fully continuous system. Production can be adjusted according to the available raw material, working schedule, and actual orders.
Before shipment to Congo, the equipment was prepared for overseas transportation and packed in wooden cases. Since the order included several separate machines, each unit was arranged and secured according to its size and structure to reduce movement during handling and transportation.
The wooden box packaging also helps protect the stainless-steel equipment and electrical components from impacts, dust, and other conditions that may occur during loading and international transport. This packaging method makes the equipment easier to load, transport, and unload after it arrives at the customer's destination.
