A Peruvian customer selected Taizy's cleaning and peeling machine for his potato processing production line. The purchased unit is the TZ-1200 model, featuring 1,200 mm-long brush rollers and 304 stainless steel construction, with a processing capacity of approximately 800–1,000 kg per hour.
The Peruvian customer specializes in potato processing and supplies peeled or processed potatoes for the local foodservice market. As the processing volume increased, manual washing and peeling could no longer meet the production requirements. The customer therefore decided to purchase a high-capacity cleaning and peeling machine with a capacity of 800–1000 kg/h.
The machine combines cleaning and peeling functions, helping reduce the need for separate manual processing steps. This makes it suitable for food processing businesses looking to streamline their preparation process.
The TZ-1200 has a rated processing capacity of approximately 800–1000 kg/h, making it suitable for medium- to large-scale processing applications.
The machine is equipped with brush rollers for continuous contact with the raw materials during processing. The order included 9 brush rollers, providing the working configuration required by the customer.
The machine is made of 304 stainless steel and stainless steel bearings, making the equipment suitable for food-processing environments where cleanliness and easy maintenance are important.

Before production, we confirmed the customer’s local power requirements and adjusted the machine accordingly. For this order, the cleaning and peeling machine was configured for 440V, 60Hz, 3-phase power, with the motor voltage adjusted to match the customer’s needs.
This small adjustment helped make sure the machine would be ready to use after arriving in Peru, without requiring the customer to make additional changes to the motor.
Before shipment, the cleaning and peeling machine was carefully packed in a sturdy wooden case to protect it during loading, transportation, and handling. The machine was securely positioned inside the crate, with the outer wooden structure providing extra protection throughout the journey to Peru.
The finished wooden case was also clearly marked with shipping symbols and the order number, making it easier to identify and handle during transportation.
After the cleaning and peeling machine was put into operation, the customer was able to move the cleaning and peeling stage to a more continuous workflow. This made the preparation of potatoes easier to manage, especially when dealing with larger batches.
The machine also helped keep the processing steps more consistent, allowing the cleaned and peeled materials to move more smoothly to the next stage. For the customer, it was a practical upgrade
